The unknown story behind Czapek Genève, Quai des Bergues Lady

Long gone, Czapek carries the legacy of a talented watchmaker, who once was part of the dream-team who founded Patek Phillipe. Relaunched by the end of 2015, thanks to a crowdfuding participation, Czapek presented the Quai des Bergues collection, echoeing the legendary street of Geneva, where the Four Seasons hotel is currently located. After the success of the masculine timepiece driven by the unstoppable Xavier de Roquemaurel, the Czapek version for women called Quai des Bergues Lady was launched earlier this summer. A feminine version with a 42.5 mm  gold case mounted with a mechanical mouvement with manual winding offering 7 days of power reserve. Located respectively at 4.30 and 7.30 on the dial, the power reserve indicator and small seconds counters are made of engraved mother of pearl, loosing the hands for small sapphire indicators. The incurved hour markers set with diamonds combined with the Fleur de Lys black or blue rhodium plated gold hands confirm that Czapek, once known and recently adored by men, can now be adopted by women.
