Yvonne Leon keeps on surprising us with her playful and delicate jewelry for the last decade. Her growing success led her to open her first flagship nestled in the heart of Saint-Germain, the hip and trendy Parisian neighborhood.

Creative, ambitious, humble and joyful Yvonne Léon combines them all. Even success. She embodies her jewelry to perfection developing her bestiary in so many options. As a matter of fact, entering her ninth year of creation, this beautiful brunette has just opened her first boutique in heart of Saint-Germain-des-Prés. Nestled on a street corner where everything is happening on the Parisian fashion scene, Yvonne Leon spotted the right place to showcase most if not all of her collections.
Despite this seemingly well-established career and her family jewelry background, Yvonne first started working as a fashion designer after university. It wasn’t until 2009 that she decided to create a fun, wearable jewelry bestiary, encouraged by her parents. Her iconic lobe earring, her Bee ear-jacket set with a white pearl, diamonds and a ruby pushed Yvonne under the spotlights. She went on to create a whole host of others, including dragon-flies, crocodiles, crabs, owls or even sharks crafted with different shapes and materials. Thanks to her original pieces, women can interpret them as they see it.
Her Viviane rings can be spotted on the fingers of Rihanna, and her earrings on Camille Cottin. Sold in pairs or as single items, earrings, studs and ear jackets are her specialty. Yvonne Leon has even imagined new ways to wear earrings: on the top, on the side, circular, behind, below… This unique artistic decision was born of a childhood memory when her father gave her mother a gift. Her mother wanted something new to wear on her ears, but did not want to pierce them again. Inspired by this request, her father designed a piece of jewelry standing still thanks to another earring already on the ear (the classic stud), while adorning the lobe beneath. And so were born the first ear jackets before anyone did!
Spotted first by Karine Hourtoule from Baby Buddha then by Liliane Jossua from Montaigne Market, Yvonne’s reputation has grown slowly but exponentially and keep on going.
Yvonne Léon is now located 25 Rue du Vieux-Colombier 75006 Paris and open six days a week from 10.30 in the morning. With the opening of her new boutique, she unveiled “boutique exclusive” pieces… including chokers and earrings, of course!.
