According to Véronique Tournet, the founder and designer of the French jewelry brand La Brune et la Blonde, everything comes from the idea of recreating this special feeling one does have when opening a paper sheet and discover a diamond in a fold. You are nothing but hypnotized by the beauty of the unmounted gem. Visible from all angle, each facet of the diamond is reflecting the light for a unique and playfulness result.

Thanks to the process of piercing the stones, the designer has offered a new way of wearing diamonds and colored stones, directly on the skin. Pierced stone has become part of MHT’s signature, an innovative technique she has used to revamp the iconic hoops. These keeper earrings are made with a multitude of cut stones, each suspended in their own individual gold droplet.
