NEWS 1. BEST JEWELRY BOX EVER !
Boucheron reinvents the jewelry box in a durable and desirable object with NO PACK IS THE NEW PACK

It’s probably one of the very few times where the editorial team was struck by the same thing unanimously… For the last couple of years now, there has been a rising debate regarding the use and necessity of a jewelry box : this thing where your piece of jewelry is being put in at purchase. Although it feels and seems necessary it has been highly critisized because of its cost of production, made abroad from non-sustainable materials just to transport your jewel (or watch) from the store to your place : because everybody knows that we don’t use it afterwards !
Boucheron created an alternative not only clever but actually beautiful. In 2021, Hélène Poulit-Duquesne, CEO of Boucheron, asked the team to completely reinvent the jewelry box to keep pushing their primary objective of its Precious for the Future sustainable strategy. In doing-so the creative and R&D team came up two years later with completly new eco-designed cases :   made of only 2 materials – aluminum and wool felt-  this collection of 7 boxes reinvents the jewel box genre and marks a new first in the history of Place Vendôme.
