To celebrate an iconic anniversary, as a pioneer in sustainable luxury, Chopard unveils its minimalist and delicate jewelry line with Aymeline Valade, the current ambassador of the collection.
Way back in 1999, Chopard launched a jewelry and watches collection inspired by the geometrical figure of ice cubes. It marked the early signs of the major customization trend, the avant-garde collection allowed people to choose how many of the facets would be set with gemstones, according to their budgdet.
The collection really took off and many watch and jewelry versions have been created since. Chopard has chosen Baselword 2017 to unveil its latest jewelry collection, a variation on a timeless classic.
Called Ice Cube Pure, this new line presents a geometric minimal design with a rock’n’roll touch, according perfectly to the whisper-thin jewelry trend.
Aymeline Valade, the French actress and model, is the collection’s campaign face and muse. Photoshooted in a street-style atmosphere, Valade brings a nonchalantly glamorous Parisian touch to the new Chopard’s collection.
Made especially to catch the eyes of the millenials, the Ice Cube Pure line is utterly wearable. Smaller cubes, polished or diamond-set, the ultimate fashion accessories can be worn solo or stacked up with others in a glorious combo of yellow, white and rose gold.
It’s all about accessorizing with these little bar earrings consisting in seven tiny cubes in a row, worn up or downwards or rather stacking the rings to play with different combinations. Because sustainable luxury is a priority today, Chopard decided to create this collection exclusively from ‘Fairmined’ certified gold, a label that guarantees respect for the mining community and the environment.
Ethical and effortless, the Chopard Ice Cube Pure collection can’t get cooler.
