Nature’s colors have been a huge inspiration to the Misahara brand, such as the colors of the ocean and the golden sand of the Sahara Desert. Misahara’s love of detail are highlighted in their Talas Ring. Here, we have colorful components coming together for a bright and vibrant ring!
Why did we choose it?
The centerstone is either a ruby, carnelian, shattuckite, white opal or blue lapis cabochon. This cut highlights the color of them gem, proudly showcasing it at the top of the ring. Each gallery is highlighted by a row of melee stones, of either complimenting or contrasting colors to the centerstone. These rubies, sapphires, diamonds and fire opal come in red, blue, white, black and orange. We love the idea of having similarly colored stones, such as the black speckled shattuckite center with blue sapphire accents, but also the option to choose contrasting colors, like with the white opal center and black diamond melee that we can wear either on the middle or the wedding ring finger.
What’s interesting about it?
The 18 carat gold shank that could be in yellow, white or rose gold is etched with a curved line, mimicking the curve of the cabochon centerstone. This engraving truly brings together the piece, with the alternating ups and downs matching the dome of the cabochon as well as the circular row of melee. This piece is both luxurious in fashion, while also adaptable to an everyday piece!
