Will Tiffany Replace a Lost Diamond?
Generally, Tiffany will replace a lost diamond in a piece of jewelry, but conditions will apply. They will need to see proof of purchase, as they will likely only work on items purchased from their stores. Additionally, they will most likely charge you for the lost diamond. They might wave the repair fee though, and just charge you for the diamond. Hopefully it is just a small diamond sidestone or pave diamond. If it something larger, like your centerstone, you should get your insurance involved (hopefully you’ve insured your jewelry!). They will be able to help assess the cost of replacing your diamond, and Tiffany will usually work with insurance companies to find you a replacement.
