No wonder the watch is called Diamond Rain … 9.35 carats pave the round case of the high jewelery Van Der Bauwede Genève timepiece mixing sizes, cuts and diamond settings for a wow effet. Set in white gold, the watch is mounted on a black satin bracelet with pin buckle. What’s interresting is the asymetrical work of the diamond pavage on the dial. Thinly cut and meticulously adjusted, the baguette diamonds on the upper dial are surrounded by a size dégradé of brilliant cut diamonds offering a subtle crescent shape throughout the case. Standing on its own, the dial with black hands is divided with a piece of mother of pearl highlighing the 3-4-5 and 6 hour markers.
